Risk disclosure
What you should understand before trading futures.
Last updated: October 19, 2026
1. Substantial risk
Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Before trading, honestly assess your experience, your goals and your financial situation. Past performance, simulated or real, does not guarantee future results.
2. Leverage
Futures are leveraged products: a small market move produces a large effect on the position, for or against you, and may fill at a worse price than expected in fast or thin markets. Leverage amplifies both gains and losses.
3. Simulated results
Phases 1 and 2 run entirely in simulated environments. Simulated results have inherent limitations: they do not necessarily reflect the impact of real liquidity, slippage, latency or the psychological pressure of trading real money, and may differ substantially from results with real capital.
4. No guarantee of income
Passing the evaluation does not guarantee income, nor even permanence in the program: the funded account is kept by following the published rules. Most people who attempt to trade for a living do not succeed. Nothing on this site is a promise of results, and no testimonial should be read as typical.
5. Your maximum exposure
At baaltrade you never deposit margin or put your own money in the market: you pay for an evaluation — no subscription — and, if you pass, you trade the firm's capital. Your maximum financial exposure is the price of your evaluations plus any resets you choose to buy ($30 on the Standard program, $30 on Monthly and $1 on Pro). Losses on a funded account are borne by the firm.
6. We are not a broker or advisor
baaltrade is not a broker, holds no client deposits and provides no investment advice. Nothing on the platform — metrics, analytics, behavioral-AI signals — constitutes a recommendation to trade: every trading decision is yours and yours alone.
7. Before you start
Read the service agreement and the rules for your account size before purchasing. Do not commit money you cannot afford to lose and, if you are unsure about your situation, consult an independent financial advisor.
