Service agreement
The agreement that governs your relationship with baaltrade: phases, payments, rules and withdrawals.
Last updated: October 19, 2026
1. Accepting this agreement
By creating a baaltrade account or purchasing an evaluation you accept this agreement in full, together with the risk disclosure and the privacy policy. If you disagree with any of its terms, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts, and each person may hold a single trader identity on the platform.
2. What baaltrade is
baaltrade is a trader evaluation and funding program: you prove your discipline in a test and, if you pass, you trade the firm's capital and share the profits. Phases 1 (Evaluation) and 2 (Observation) run entirely in simulation; only Phase 3 (Funded) trades the firm's real capital. baaltrade is not a broker, holds no client deposits, and nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice.
3. Your account
You agree to register with accurate information and to keep your credentials secret: the account is personal and non-transferable and may not be shared, sold or traded by third parties. We recommend enabling two-step verification from your dashboard. You are responsible for activity performed with your session until you notify us of unauthorized access.
4. Prices, payments and no-refund policy
There are three evaluation programs, with the same risk rules, and none of them is a subscription. On the Standard program each evaluation is paid once — $89 (50K), $140 (100K) or $229 (150K) list price — and, if you lose the funded account, you buy a new evaluation to trade again. On the Monthly program each evaluation is paid once — $100 (50K), $190 (100K) or $329 (150K) list price; its name refers to the length of the test, not to a fee — and, if you lose the funded account, you buy a new evaluation to trade again. On the Pro program the evaluation is paid once in a lifetime — $10,000 (50K), $15,000 (100K) or $20,000 (150K) list price —: once you pass Phase 1 you never pay again, neither evaluations nor resets, even if you later lose the funded account. Vouchers and promotions are applied and validated at checkout, each on its own program; the free accounts of a promotion are delivered once the payment is confirmed, with the same program, size and rules as the one purchased. All purchases are final: once the funding evaluation is purchased there are no refunds, in whole or in part, including evaluations that are failed or left unused. Resetting a failed evaluation only exists during Phase 1 and costs $30 on the Standard program, $30 on Monthly and $1 on Pro.
5. Account rules
The parameters for each size (profit target, trailing Max Loss Limit, maximum contracts, cushion and withdrawal conditions) and each program's way of passing are published on the rules page and form part of this agreement. On the Standard and Pro programs Phase 1 is passed by reaching the profit target; on the Monthly program there is no profit target: the evaluation lasts 4 weeks, each of them requires trading at least 3 session days (or as many as there are, if a holiday leaves fewer), and it is passed if, when the last one closes, the balance is above the starting balance; once passed, the account goes straight to funded, with no Phase 2. A week with fewer days than required, or a window that ends without a profit, loses the evaluation as if the Max Loss Limit had been breached. The only hard risk rule is the trailing Max Loss Limit, in force on every program; there is no daily loss limit. Breaching it takes effect according to the phase it happens in: in Phase 1 the evaluation is lost and can be restarted for its program's reset price; on a funded account, the funded account is lost: on the Pro program you return to Phase 2 observation for 30 days, without paying anything again, and on the Standard and Monthly programs the account is closed for good.
6. Prohibited conduct
No practice that exploits the simulation or falsifies performance is allowed: coordinated copy-trading across accounts, hedging between accounts to guarantee withdrawals, abuse of data or latency errors, exploiting the simulated environment around news events, or systematic extreme martingale. The behavior-analysis layer produces signals, not verdicts: every sanction goes through human review first.
7. Funded accounts and withdrawals
On a funded account, before withdrawing you must build the cushion: a buffer equal to your account's total Max Loss Limit. Only the surplus above the cushion is withdrawable, and it settles according to the published profit split: you keep 100% of the first tranche and 90% thereafter. baaltrade may temporarily hold a withdrawal while a conduct alert is under review; once resolved, the withdrawal is released or denied with reasons.
8. Intellectual property
The platform, brand, design and content of baaltrade belong to the firm or its licensors. Your account grants you a limited, personal, revocable license to use the service; it does not include copying, redistributing or reverse-engineering any part of the platform.
9. No warranties and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". Passing an evaluation does not guarantee income, and simulated performance does not guarantee results with real capital. To the maximum extent permitted by law, baaltrade's total liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Please also read the risk disclosure.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account if you breach this agreement, upon reasonable indications of fraud, or where the law requires it. Suspension revokes open sessions and blocks access. You may close your account at any time via support; clauses that by their nature should survive (payments, intellectual property, limitation of liability) remain in force.
11. Changes to this agreement
We may update this agreement. If a change is material we will notify you by email or in your dashboard with reasonable notice; continuing to use the service after the effective date means accepting the new version. The date of the latest revision always appears at the top of this page.
12. Contact
